Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 u /. Ration of uncooked sausages.
- 1 Kg. Mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 Oil
- Pepper, salt, parsley to taste.
Preparation:
- Prick sausages with a toothpick so as not to cook them burst.
- Fry with a little olive oil and set aside.
- Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Peel and chop the onion with a knife.
- Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes, or peel them, remove the seeds and chop them.
- In the same pan fry the sausages were, made with fried onions. Cook 10 minutes, add the tomatoes, cook for 5 more minutes and finally add the mushrooms.
- Season to taste and when cooked add sausage and a cup of beef broth.
- Cover and let simmer another 10 minutes.
