Susage with mushroom stews

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 u /. Ration of uncooked sausages.
  • 1 Kg. Mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 Oil
  • Pepper, salt, parsley to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Prick sausages with a toothpick so as not to cook them burst.
  2. Fry with a little olive oil and set aside.
  3. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  4. Peel and chop the onion with a knife.
  5. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes, or peel them, remove the seeds and chop them.
  6. In the same pan fry the sausages were, made ​​with fried onions. Cook 10 minutes, add the tomatoes, cook for 5 more minutes and finally add the mushrooms.
