Salt pork in the oven

Ingredients:

FOR PORTIONS 4-6:
1 kg. Tape pork loin
2kg. Sal Gorda

HOW garnish potato bakers

1 u /. Garlic clove oil, salt and chopped parsley.


Preparation:
