PORK WITH MUSTARD 's TARRAGON

Ingredients:

4 FOR PORTIONS:
600 Gr. Loin (in one piece)
3 u /. Tablespoons Mustard
3 u /. Tablespoons of oil oil
3 u /. Tablespoons 's tarragon (chopped fresh)
Salt and pepper to taste.


Preparation:


1st)
Season the loin piece. Place in a preheated oven for source
to 187ºC. Cook for approximately 20 minutes.
2nd)
Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the mustard oil 'tarragon and oil oil.
3rd)
Remove the pork from the oven. Spread with mustard and reenter the oven 5 minutes.

Suggestions:

Serve cut end.
