4 Legs of Lamb
1 lemon
1 A bit of black pepper
1 cup brandy
1 Tablespoon of honey


Let the kid to take out of the fridge temperature.
Switch the oven to maximum. When very hot, in a "roaster" put that whole goat legs previously soaked in hot water and must be seasoned to your taste. Add a few drops of lemon juice and two fingers of hot water, letting them cook for about 15 minutes (without lowering the oven temperature).
Then we turn there, and if the water evaporates, add another cup of hot water and keep them another 15 minutes in the oven.
Turn off oven.
Mix brandy with honey and "brush" the kid.
Switch on the "grill" and let the legs kid 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.


(This dish is very natural, because they are mixed fat).
