SAUSAGE WITH MUSHROOM stews

Ingredients:

For 4 people:
4 u /. Ration of uncooked sausages.
1 Kg. Mushrooms
1 large onion
1/2 ripe tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 Oil
Pepper, salt, parsley to taste.

Preparation:

Prick sausages with a toothpick so as not to cook them burst.

Fry with a little olive oil and set aside.
3rd)
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
4th)
Peel and chop the onion with a knife.
5)
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes, or peel them, remove the seeds and chop them.
6)
In the same pan fry the sausages were, made ‚Äč‚Äčwith fried onions. Cook 10 minutes, add the tomatoes, cook for 5 more minutes and finally add the mushrooms.

Season to taste and when cooked add sausage and a cup of beef broth.

Cover and let simmer another 10 minutes.
