A couple of potatoes
Oil and Butter
1/2 liter chicken stock
Salt and pepper


Clean the mushrooms cut toe and make them apart.
Put a pan on the fire with a jet oil oil and a pat of butter.
Enrossiu some mushrooms with potato, peeled and diced. Add salt to taste and empebreu.
A few minutes add the broth and let it cook for about 15 minutes all together from picking the boil.
Spend it in the blender until it is very fine.
