Fried eggs with mushrooms

Ingredients:

100 gm fresh mushrooms per person
A yolk egg per person
Oil, salt and pepper
A pat of butter

Preparation:


Cook the mushrooms until well rolled with a little 's oil and seasoned.
When they are well cooked and still hot put the dish where 't have to eat with a little butter.
Immediately put the yolk egg and click on the vines, so that scatter cooked on the vineyard.

Suggestions:

It can be a starter or a main accompanied a good salad 's assorted lettuces.
