POTATO SALAD

Ingredients:

For 4 people:
200g. Tuna
100g. anchovies
100g. by stuffed
1 can of boiled potatoes
1 red pepper "pepper"
1 mini can of anchovies
1 jar

Preparation:


Take a large flat source or individual dinner plates.
Put the potato first tuna mixed with a little esmollada.
A pepper strips for garnish on top. Around potato, almost to the edge of the plate, to anchovies and anchovy interspersed. Olives on top. Season with rajolinet of oil and mayonnaise to taste.
